Released jointly by UCSF and the Gladstone Institutes

San Francisco – Speaker Nancy Pelosi will tour the University of California, San Francisco’s Mission Bay Campus and the J. David Gladstone Institutes.

UCSF is the second largest recipient of funding from the National Institute of Health in the nation. The Gladstone Institutes are leaders in stem cell research.

The tour will be followed by a press conference to highlight funding for scientific research in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the omnibus appropriations bill.
